This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, based in Coconut Grove, NT. They will be responsible for: Leading aquatic participation initiatives to strengthen community engagement and promote long-term involvement in swimming and water safety activities. Planning and delivering swimming and aquatic development initiatives to increase community participation in swimming, aquatic activities, and water safety programs. Developing and maintaining partnerships with schools, sporting organisations, and community groups to encourage inclusion and broaden community participation. Coordinating school swimming and water safety initiatives in collaboration with local schools, community organisations, and stakeholders. Implementing participant engagement and retention strategies to sustain participation in aquatic activities and development programs. Designing and implementing structured learn-to-swim, squad development, and aquatic progression pathways supporting participants from beginner to competitive levels. Identifying talent development opportunities and supporting progression into advanced and competitive swimming pathways.
