We have a fantastic chance for an innovative and experienced Administration Assistant, Sports to join Penola Catholic College and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Sports Administration Officer is responsible for the administrative tasks required with the Sports department and to maintain the sports equipment. The role is predominantly from the Sports Coordinator's Office on the Broadmeadows Campus but will also be required to cross campus throughout the year and liaise with the Sports Coordinator (Glenroy) to prioritise the weekly work commitments.
The role is 4 days a week (24 hours) fixed term (0.63 FTE) until 26 January 2026 and working school terms only. Salary for the role is $56,019 - $71,742 pro rata for part time.
About You- Previous experience in administrative duties and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in a large secondary college is advantageous.
- Valid Working With Children Check.

- Co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
- Campuses are situated in Glenroy (years 7-8) and Broadmeadows (years 9-12) with a total enrollment of approximately 1,400 students.
