PLC houses a brand new state‐of‐the‐art Sports, Aquatic & Fitness Centre.

The Role

\n

We are seeking coaches across a range of sports for casual opportunities. The role involves coaching, mentoring and developing young people in the chosen sport. Working hours cover morning and afternoon / evening shifts, Monday to Saturday.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Coach students in the selected sport.
\n
• Mentor and develop players' skills, confidence and teamwork.
\n
• Plan and deliver training sessions suitable for the age and skill level.
\n
• Maintain a safe and positive sporting environment.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the coaching staff and school teams.
\n

Qualifications & Requirements

\n

\n
• Relevant qualification and experience in the chosen sport.
\n
• Level 1 Coaching accreditation.
\n
• Current "Provide First Aid" certificate (HLTAID011).
\n
• Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009).
\n
• Strong team‐player with professionalism, reliability and punctuality.
\n
• Passion to work with young people and a caring, encouraging attitude.
\n
• Commitment to Child Safe Standards; must hold a current Employee Working With Children Check or VIT Registration.
\n
