Athletic Trainer (medical Clinic)

Intermountain Health seeks a patient-centered Athletic Trainer to support our Sports & Recreation department. In this field-based role, you’ll provide injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation services to athletes and active patients, deliver on-field emergency care, and coordinate safe return-to-play in collaboration with physicians and therapists. You’ll document in our EMR, educate athletes and coaches, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
