Genesis Healthcare System

Genesis HealthCare System is a not-for-profit healthcare delivery system located in Zanesville, Ohio. It is the largest health system in Southeastern Ohio, featuring a 260-bed acute-care hospital and over 400 healthcare providers across various specialties. With a team of more than 4,400 members, Genesis serves a six-county region, including Muskingum, Morgan, Perry, Coshocton, Noble, and Guernsey counties. The system is dedicated to providing compassionate and affordable healthcare, focusing on the Quadruple Aim of lower costs, improved quality, better access, and enhanced patient experience. Genesis offers a wide range of services, including acute and emergency care, cardiac and vascular services, surgical procedures, neuroscience, cancer treatment, women's health, and orthopedics. It also emphasizes community health initiatives and has invested significantly in local development. The Genesis Integrated Health Network, launched in 2023, aims to enhance patient-centered care through improved data access and care coordination.
