Manging all aspects of the BWL Talent Pathway, ensuring the effective identification, confirmation and development of athletes who have the potential to medal at an Olympic and Paralympic Games. Core responsibilities include; establishing and implementing robust talent identification and confirmation processes, managing the delivery of a regional and national support structure and programmes, develop and implement nationally, the athlete development curriculum to ensure the sustainable progression of athletes to the World Class Programme and ultimately the Olympic Games.
