Personal Summary

Having successful headed recruitment teams in the UK and abroad since 2008, I have gained an abundance of experience and skills that enable me to successfully lead and educate my teams to ensure club targets are met in line with the recruitment strategy. Through my career I have helped shape the player recruitment processes ensuring that the methods used are both thorough and effective, using both traditional scouting methods, alongside the use of technology. My key strength is identifying talent enabling the club to strengthen their position throughout the season. Communication is essential in this role in order to build relationships and partnerships with staff members and key stakeholders within the industry sphere. I am passionate about vital networking opportunities which has aided me in both my professional and personal growth. Main duties include:
