Malcolm Goodridge is on a relentless pursuit to coach the best athletes in the world. He is passionate, committed, and knowledgeable. Throughout his coaching career, he has been a leader, role model, and mentor to hundreds of clients ranging from youth and adult fitness to collegiate and professional athletes.
Malcolm has developed an extensive knowledge of health and performance from some of the world’s top professionals, institutions, and performance facilities. He has worked alongside renowned physical therapist Mike Reinold, collaborated with strength and conditioning leaders such as Mike Boyle and coaches from Athletes' Performance (EXOS), and is mentored by Erwin Valencia, the Director of Training and Conditioning for the New York Knicks as well as Tony Strudwick of Manchester United.
Malcolm has been involved in performance enhancement and athletics for over ten years. He continuously travels the world to learn and consult some of the brightest leaders in sports medicine, sports performance, and sport science. Malcolm is the Founder of Goodridge Strength and Conditioning, a game changer in the field of athletic performance and character development. Malcolm is a Performance Consultant to a large variety of clients varying from corporate wellness to athletic programs and organizations, fitness and health professionals, as well as professional athletes. These include a basketball John Wooden MVP Award winner, basketball McDonald’s All-American, lacrosse Under Armour All-American, track and field Hershey’s All-American, basketball Gatorade Player of the Year, as well as baseball and football Massachusetts State Champions and baseball MLB World Series Champions.
