Las Vegas Lights FC Internship and Work Experience Program
Under the direction and guidance of Lights FC Executives (mentors), the Program provides individuals with the unique opportunity to gain practical sports management experience in a professional sports team setting. By working on various strategic projects and initiatives, participants will gain hands on work experience.
Participants are tasked with and responsible for working within specialized departments but will interact with all departments across the team including: business development, ticketing, communications and digital strategy, game day operations and more, with the ultimate goal of providing a well-rounded practical work experience in sports.

The special events team hosts event such as, but not limited to, college baseball games, concerts, festivals, and tournaments. This intern will be required to work nights as well as many weekends, as most events are held during these times. Applicants must be able to work during the special events busy season (September through December ), both in the office during the day and at the events as they may come.
