Ski Racing Australia (SRA), the peak body for Ski Racing Events in Australia, is currently going through significant change and a new Constitution as voted in by the member base late in 2019 has created the need for expertise from outside of the sport. SRA is seeking to appoint up to four (4) Independent Board Directors for a 2 year term, specifically with background experience and skills in the areas of:  Finance/Accounting; Risk/Insurance; Marketing/Commercial Negotiation; Legal/Sports Law AND preferably experience in putting together and negotiating Government Grants (two-year term). The Board will support the work of the SRA office and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. Service as a SRA Director is without remuneration, except for administrative support, travel, and accommodation costs in relation to Directors’ duties.
