Las Vegas Lights FC Internship and Work Experience Program
Under the direction and guidance of Lights FC Executives (mentors), the Program provides individuals with the unique opportunity to gain practical sports management experience in a professional sports team setting. By working on various strategic projects and initiatives, participants will gain hands on work experience.
Participants are tasked with and responsible for working within specialized departments but will interact with all departments across the team including: business development, ticketing, communications and digital strategy, game day operations and more, with the ultimate goal of providing a well-rounded practical work experience in sports.

The Aberdeen IronBirds, ‘Class A’ affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, are looking for a motivated, inquisitive, and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance and Accounting team for the 2020 Season. This position will report to and work directly with the Director of Finance and Administration and will be responsible for assisting with the end to end accounting and financial reporting for the IronBirds organization. The ideal candidate will be a current student at an accredited 4-year University, majoring in either Accounting or Finance. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
