Overview The Administrative Assistant position at MBCC is responsible for representing the organization in a professional manner by properly answering, and routing incoming calls, taking messages, greeting visitors and assisting customer’s with information. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Departments by answering employee questions regarding policies and procedures, assisting in human resources activities such as employee activities, processing employee records, HRIS functions, recruitment, and assist with on boarding process. Key responsibilities include HRIS administration, data entry, filing/records management, day-to-day completion of employee related activities and processes, and projects as assigned.
