Job Description

Job Purpose
This position is responsible for development and delivery of all team promotional messaging and advertising and oversight of fan loyalty programs.


Primary (Essential) Duties
·       Traffic print, radio, tv and broadcast advertisements 
·       Write copy for on-air promotions, emails, text and social media campaigns 
·       Assist with media proposals, contracts, ticket fulfillment and relationship maintenance of media trade partnerships
·       Track advertisements for proof of performance and develop recaps  
·       Assist with organizing and tracking graphic design requests 
·       Assist with execution of marketing programs and partnerships, including events and onsite media
·       Work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute elements of the Kids Club including email, app and website updates, prize inventory, and strategies to engage D-backs Kids Club members
·       Help with giveaway production, distribution & track promotional item inventory
·       Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and project tracking
·       Assist with execution of marketing events and promotional partnerships as needed 
·       Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
·       1-2 Years’ experience in Marketing & Advertising
·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·       Positive attitude and strong work ethic    
·       Must enjoy being involved in several projects with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet deadlines 
·       Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment 
·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Experience/Education Requirements
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related
