Job summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are looking for an energetic and creative individual to join us and lead every matchday show for our 60,000 fans at the iconic London Stadium and to be responsible for organising and producing non-matchday Club events.

The role also offers the opportunity to assist in the overall marketing operation to help deliver the Club’s marketing strategy across all channels, including working closely with the marketing team.

As a result, we are looking for a candidate who is truly passionate about working for one of the fastest growing football brands in the world and excited by the opportunity to get stuck into a role where the workload is diverse and there are new challenges everyday.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead planning and delivery of the Club’s match day entertainment – liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies in a professional and proficient manner
• Bring creativity and ideas to the table, from matchday activations to larger-scale events.
• Lead and manage non-matchday events across the business including but not limited to store signings, product launches and family days
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies and suppliers
• To help create a long-term strategy to engage our new and longer-term fans, strengthening our relationship with them as we seek to grow the fanbase. This should encompass a full season plan of activities, online and offline activations to drive the affinity between fans, stadium and club.
• To undertake ad-hoc projects, tasks and assignments across departments as seen appropriate by management
• To support on partner / sponsor led event driven activations – with consultation on the activation itself and delivery.
• Budget management responsibility
• Ensure post-event evaluation is collected, analysed and produce reports for event stakeholders. Complete relevant CRM systems with information.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant Club policies, including health and safety policies and with specific reference to the data regulations (GDRP and PECR)
