Job Description

Position Summary:
Gotham FC is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong passion for sales and women’s sports. This position will be responsible for generating revenue through full menu selling by cold-calling, setting face to face meetings and relationship building. This position will also be responsible for servicing all groups, flex plans and season ticket accounts that have been sold by Account Executive. The Account Executive will work within the sales and service team and report to the Director of Ticket Sales & Service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to:
Prospect and qualify new potential sales opportunities selling full menu: full season, flex plan, group and premium
Meet or exceed daily call and appointment goals
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
Execute all assigned sales campaigns and training
Attend networking events
Provide excellent customer service
Perform game-day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and creating new business opportunities
Develop relationships and partnerships with local civic and corporate contacts
Renew and retain accounts on an annual basis
Conduct face to face meetings
Follow the contact management guidelines
Participate and contribute to weekly sales and service department huddles and training sessions
Attend off-site events to generate sales leads
Assist with any other special projects or duties as assigned
