Hybrid Working Option: Yes (40% home working)

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working closely with the Youth Inclusion Coordinator and be responsible for the delivery of the Kicks Targeted, Saints Switching Play project. Supporting at risk individuals, identified by key partners, through structured sporting and mentoring sessions. Your aim is to use the power of sport to steer young people away from violence and criminal activity by empowering them to develop skills and attitudes to make positive life choices.

You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium, in the city centre, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or if you’re a driver there’s free parking! You’ll be provided with our Saints Foundation branded uniform supplied by Hummel, and the opportunity to go make a positive input to our local community. There is also the option for flexible home-working a few days a week if required which would need to be discussed with your line manager.

Is this you?

You’re motivated by helping others and being a positive influence in their lives, you have previous experience delivering sessions to young offenders and hard to reach young people, and understand how to effectively handle a challenging situation. Your methods are creative, practical and educational, able to project positive health and wellbeing messages to groups.
