About The Role

We are the largest provider of Swim England qualifications and aquatics courses and we train over 60 per cent of all swimming teachers in the UK.

We are seeking a Course Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate and timely administration and support in all aspects of the learner, tutor and customer experience, in line with the Institute’s customer service standards.

Reporting to the Administration and Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of an effective course administration service to the Institute of Swimming and its stakeholders, in conjunction with the wider team, ensuring that all aspects of administration across all of the Institute’s systems are completed accurately and timely. About You

The successful candidate must:

Have excellent customer service skills
Have comprehensive IT skills, including good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
Have excellent communication skills in person, via telephone and email
Have excellent organisational skills

Previous experience required includes:

Working in an administration role with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
A proven ability to act on your own initiative
A proven ability to work across a number of tasks at one time
