About the role
The Phillip Island YMCA is located in central Cowes, adjacent to the main recreation and sports oval. Incorporating a skate park, indoor sports stadium, sauna, licenced creche, fully equiped health club and group fittness room and spinning room, school holiday vacation care, the facilty is popular for both the many local community users and the scores of visitors to Phillip Island tourism destinations.
As the Senior Coordinator, you will manage and lead the team at Phillip Island Leisure Centre and ensure that the programs and services delivered to the community are of a high standard. The hourly rate for this permanent, full time role is $32.41 - $34.34 per hour plus superannuation.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a leadership position
Tertiary qualifications in Sports Management or similar will be highly regarded
Sport and Recreation and/or Facility Operations experience is desirable
First Aid & CPR certification
All candidates will be required to undertake background and probity checks including Reference Checks, a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
