About the role
The Participation Officer - Southern NSW/ACT is a full-time role, suited to someone keen to use their energy and enthusiasm to promote and develop a culture of Cricket in schools. You will support the delivery of Cricket Blast programs and encourage participation into clubs. You will deliver programs and provide operational support to school ambassadors and casual staff.
You bring passion and energy to engage and influence many different people
Ability to create and maintain genuine relationships
Work well within a diverse team environment
Can think outside the square
Bonus points if
You have an understanding of the sports industry
Have experience working with children
Know what the Big Bash League is!
