Offering an array of official hospitality experiences and packages to a global market is something that we are passionate about. Our market place connects official providers of VIP hospitality packages with customers via seven different languages. With an eye for detail you will play a part in bringing experiences to life on our platform using the latest using digital solutions and innovations.
The Events & E-Commerce Executive will primarily be responsible for the product lifecycle, which includes managing and maintaining site catalogues and uploading end-to-end event details across our digital platform.
We require someone that strives for excellence, possesses excellent digital skills, is an effective communicator, has an eye for detail, a passion for digital innovation & the events industry and an ambition to develop in the digital and e-commerce sector.
This role will assist the UK team in:
• onboarding events in a timely manner • maintaining website inventory • liaising with event rights holders, venues, authorised re-sellers and clients • supporting sales & all operational activities • further establishing DAIMANI in the UK & Ireland
Experience & Qualifications:
• A demonstration of academic achievement in further education is essential. A second language is desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in e-commerce, tourism, hospitality or events. • Knowledge and experience of working with digital solutions and software. • Proven ability of engaging with a range of stakeholders and external partners in order to achieve strategic and contractual objectives. • Experience of delivering, monitoring and evaluating a range of objectives. • Experience of working with colleagues and clients from a variety of backgrounds and languages. • Knowledge and experience of working with Photoshop and similar tools.
