About the role
The Performance Analysis Manager role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to grow and develop a highly skilled team to deliver on the organisation's aspiration for world class programs.
This role will develop and lead CNSW's strategy for Analysis and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure the development of our players and coaches and that CNSW maintains a strong leadership position in Australian sport.
A critical part of the role is developing relationships with Coaching staff to embed leading analysis structures into our high-performance systems.
At least 5 years' experience with elite athletes or teams.
Demonstrable commitment to professional development.
Demonstrated experience in building and developing strong relationships.
Ability to drive innovation and change in a complex environment
