Reporting to the Ticket Office Manager, this is a key role within the Ticket Office at Celtic Park, Glasgow. The post holder will be responsible for the administration and management of ticket requests for both Home and Away matches, for all Supporters Clubs.
To manage the day to day operations of the ticketing arrangements for Supporters Clubs To be effective and proactive in communications with customers at all times To effectively manage email correspondence received from Supporters Clubs To liaise with Supporters Clubs regarding their requests To ensure Supporters Clubs requests are managed in a timely manner To demonstrate integrity and ensure confidentiality at all times To work efficiently and effectively under tight timescales To plan, prioritise and organise own workload

Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate will have previous experience within Sport/Ticketing Industry with a proven track record of delivering effective ticketing solutions and in liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to communicate positively and professionally both orally and in writing, whilst operating within an often high pressurised environment, is essential to this role. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is required. Sales experience, knowledge of Venuemaster ticketing system, experience of ticketing in a football environment and Data Protection training would be preferred.
