Job Description

Lincoln City Football Club are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking practitioner who will be tasked with maximising the physical development and minimising risk of injury to all players throughout the performance pathway. With outstanding theoretical knowledge and ability to translate evidence based work into practice, the individual will possess excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills to drive their own, others and continued development of the sport science and medicine department.

Essential

BSc in Exercise Science / Strength & Conditioning
Prior experience of working in a youth development environment
Previous experience of utilising GPS data to monitor training loads
Experience of prescribing strength and conditioning programmes for injury reduction and performance enhancement purposes
Understanding of EPPP and requirements of PGAAC audit

Desirable

MSc in Exercise Science / Strength & Conditioning
FA coaching qualification
UKSCA accreditation
BASES accredited sport scientist
