Sky Blues in the Community are looking to add to their dedicated team with a position that delivers activities across Coventry & Warwickshire on behalf of Coventry City Football Club.
This position is the first line of contact at Sky Blues in the Community for the public, visitors and customers in person, via telephone and online.
The post holder is responsible ensuring the flow of office and day-to-day business procedures – supporting the Management Team by carrying out common office-based and administrative duties.
The post holder will act as the lead administrator for our Player Development Centre and act as support to our club secretary for the various FA affiliated Sky Blues in the Community football teams. The role will also be responsible for overseeing the management of effective financial processes, and management of central records and databases and overseeing all aspects of debtor and creditor management for PDC payments
• This role is 4 days daytime hours(9-5pm) and one day late start(11-7pm) but may include evening and weekend work in line with organisational requirements
