The Pac-12 Conference is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time contract football officiating Instant Replay supervisor position. This position will report to the Vice President of Officiating.
Evaluate the work of Pac -12 football Instant Replay officials.
Be present in the Command Center at San Francisco Headquarters as required.
Review game video and evaluate the performance of Instant Replay officials.
Provide individual and collective feedback to Instant Replay officials.
Prepare training videos and reports.
Prepare and deliver presentations to officials, coaches and conference staff.
Develop and deliver Instant Replay officiating training and development programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Reliable, able to commit to evenings, weekday, weekend work.
Prior experience as an Instant Replay official expected.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of collegiate football officiating experience with a thorough understanding of collegiate rules, interpretations and 7- 8 official and Instant Replay mechanics.
Present a professional image and be physically able to perform the services required on a continuing basis.
Understand the management of college sports.
Must have an exceptional positive attitude and team based philosophy.
Must have exceptional oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
All candidates pass a background check.
Ability to travel as required.
