About Casey ARC

Casey ARC is an important community facility, managed by YMCA Victoria in partnership with the City of Casey.  Opened in 2000, Casey ARC is a premier aquatic and leisure facility in terms of design, features and sustainability initiatives for the Casey community.

Casey ARC being established aquatic facilities within the city of Casey and is one of Australia's leading aquatic and leisure facilities for family fun and fitness.

The ARC has something for everyone combining all the fun and excitement of wave pool and toddler pool with water features, with Program pool, 50 metre lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room, and fully equipped gymnasium.

Key Elements of the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager.  As well as identifying potential risk factors and taking steps to reduce those risks, Duty Managers will act as positive role models in an effort to build strong people, strong families and strong communities within the facilities that we manage.

Position starting mid-May 2021. This position is available in both a part-time and casual capacity.

• Management of café stock in line with budget requirements
• In conjunction with other cafes run promotional activities and offers to drive sales
• Work closely with greater staff team to ensure Centre vision is achieved and members and programs are serviced appropriately

• HLCPR201A Perform CPR
• HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
• Pool Lifeguard Award
• PUAOPE010C Defibrillator (AED)
• May require Pool Operators Level 1 & 2
