Action Indoor Sports Stadium has a long-established history and has enjoyed the reputation as one of the most successful indoor sports centres in outer eastern suburbs.

Our ideal candidate will first and foremost be passionate about the Sports & Recreation industry and ready for a challenge. The role will require a highly energetic approach to both staff engagement, safety and customer service, so you will possess a passion and have athletic or coaching experience for sports (cricket, beach volleyball, netball and soccer) with a strong and organised work ethic. The stadium is fast paced and demanding, so you will be calm under pressure and will be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude to respond quickly to changing priorities and to manage a range of issues.
Above all else, you will need to take the initiative to maximise the stadium utilisation through sporting competitions, hire, events, functions and any other usage compatible with the stadium. You will also possess a fun outgoing character and able to build rapport in relationship with the stadium's valued customers.
