This Full-Time Membership Sales Consultant role located at YMCA Bowen Hills will suit someone who has a genuine interest in health and fitness and for making a positive contribution to our members, as we are strongly driven by our passion to make a positive difference to our local community.
You will be proactive and motivated by achieving your targets.

What you need to be successful:
- Strong sales experience (ideally fitness sales);
- Proven ability to consistently achieve set KPI’s;
- Experience in creating Business to Business relationships;
- Proven lead generation experience and booking appointments over the phone;
- Proven successful track record in sales with an ability to deliver excellent customer service;
- Goal driven with an ability to meet challenging targets.
