XLR8 offers year round football development programs for community footballers within the NSFA, facilitated by professional and experienced development coaches. In doing so, raising the standard of football, strengthening community engagement and deepening the love of the world game.
XLR8 delivers year round programs for footballers from Under 6 to All Age.

Candidate:
XLR8 coaches work on a casual/part time basis, working hours between 4pm - 9pm on weekdays. Weekend morning availability is desirable. Each coach is asked to provide a minimum of 6 - 10 hours a week of available time. Additional hours are available for suitable candidates.
We would like coaches who have previous experience coaching football to join our team. In addition, we have Coach Mentoring roles on offer. People who are deeply passionate about football & coaching are well suited to becoming an XLR8 coach.
Coaches who are interested must meet the following criteria:
- Previous coaching experience.
- Deep care for people and their well - being.
- A Growth Mindset.
- Enthusiasm towards coaching, with excellent communication & personal skills.
- Strong sense of commitment, reliability and professional responsibility.
- Strong football knowledge and understanding of coaching processes.
- Hold a current Coaching Accreditation - Advanced Licence or Community Certificate.
- Your own reliable transport.
- FFA Advanced coach qualifications are desirable and remunerated to value.
