Lincoln City Foundation is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated NCS Officer to co-design, coordinate and deliver our NCS programme supported by the Youth Manager and through the recruitment of NCS Team Leaders (programme-by-programme).
The NCS Officer will play a key role in this Lincoln-wide programme working with young people aged between 15-17 years old to offer support, interaction and confidence-building experiences to help make a positive impact on their future opportunities.
The successful person will also work closely with Foundation staff team on developing and running of new projects, activities and events, as and when appropriate. The NCS Officer will be expected to contribute to the further development of the Foundations work, whilst ensuring the quality and professionalism which is synonymous with the organisation is maintained and enhanced.
