The People Development and Wellbeing team contributes to the leadership and system partnership function of the AIS. The role of the Coach Development team is to work with the Australian High Performance system togrow the capability and leadership of its coaches whilst identifying and developing innovative pipelines of talent.
As part of the senior leadership team within People Development and Wellbeing, you will provide high level strategic leadership and direction in the development and implementation of a world-leading, national framework for identifying and developing talent pathway through to elite coaches. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of people who develop and implement best practice learningand development opportunities for elite coaches including peer-to-peer learning, immersive and formal learning opportunities. Working with other areas of the People Development and Wellbeing team, you will need to develop innovative talent pipelines to expand the talent pool of elite coaches.
Position location negotiable
Salary range = $134,222 - $163,447 per annum + up to 15.4% superannuation.
