Job Description

Lincoln City Foundation are looking for FA Level 2 qualified coaches to work across our growing Football Development programme within a specialised Goalkeeper training session that sees children from under 7’s to under 16’s given the opportunity to develop their technical ability and progress through a football pathway which could lead to academy level football participation.​

This flexible offer of employment is attractive to students and those in other paid employment who want to get involved in football coaching.

Coaches should be personable, have experience and the ability to engage positively with parents and young people, organised and passionate about coaching and player development.

We are looking for coaches to work Monday and Friday evenings between 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Hours can be discussed and agreed individually for those successfully appointed.

We deliver across the city of Lincoln with opportunities for other areas of Lincolnshire arising over the coming months.

The position requires a clear DBS check, employment references and minimum training commitment/standard in line with our Safer Recruitment and Safeguarding policies.
