The role is based at English National Ballet School’s main premises, Carlyle Building, Hortensia Road, London, SW10 0QS, occasional visits to the Schools other sites at BBO Dance and Chelsea Theatre buildings may be necessary on occasion.

English National Ballet School, official School of English National Ballet, is a specialist training centre for aspiring and highly talented young ballet dancers aged 16 to 19. We transform talented young dancers into world-class performers over a three-year programme validated by Trinity College, London.

English National Ballet School is recruiting a Healthcare Manager and Lead Physiotherapist for maternity cover. This 0.8 position will be responsible for efficient leadership of the healthcare services at English National Ballet School, including line management of the Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Psychologist and Nutritionist support. They will also be responsible for the development of the Healthcare Team, overseeing Health Promotion programmes to support the School vision in its Science based approach to injury prevention and management. The role provides support to the Senior Management Team and COVID-19 Officer in navigating the School, staff and students through COVID-19 planning and procedures

Contract: Maternity cover for an initial period of 6 months with possible extension. Working 4 days with a working pattern to be discussed at interview, to commence January 4th, 2021 with 3 paid handover days to be scheduled in early December 2020.
