The Sydney Swans are accepting applications from suitably experienced individuals for the Head of Consumer Products role in our Consumer & Product Department.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design of customer experiences ensuring they maximise utilisation of technology, business systems and business partnerships
  • Management of the Sydney Swans’ consumer products including membership, ticketing, and merchandise
  • Management of customer facing support and service including the management of small team of customer support and operations staff


  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, sports management (business) or equivalent
  • Have 10+ years’ experience in a like discipline /environment (at least 5 years in management / leadership position with direct reports)
  • Previous experience in data driven consumer marketing
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent persuasive communication
  • Advance technical skills in customer relationship platforms
