We are UK Sport and we’re the government’s high-performance sports agency, responsible for inspiring the nation through Olympic and Paralympic success.
UK Sport has a lease with Government until November 2022 on its current premises in 21 Bloomsbury Street, London and there is not an option nor the business need for us to retain this lease.
We are excited about using this opportunity to act on feedback from staff about embracing more flexible/agile working practices where these can also meet business need and have already taken some steps to help progress this. We are very proud of our talented and expert workforce, so minimising the impact of the move out of Bloomsbury Street on staff is important, as well as future proofing our ability to attract future talent into the organisation from across the nation.
We are looking for someone who understands the environment in which UK Sport operates and our culture, who is a strong project manager, proactive and has the ability to work with our team to lead the organisation through the process to settling into our new ways of working, identifying as well as settling us into our new homes.
The job description via the link below gives you the full scope of the role but we’d love to hear from you if you:
• Have excellent project management capability and experience;
• Have experience of leading change
• Have experience of managing multiple workstreams
• Understand UK Sport’s environment;
• Have experience of strategic people planning.
