The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for our strategy and marketing content on our websites, emails and apps. This position will work closely with analytics, social media/brand, creative, ticket and corporate sales to ensure internal needs are being met while reaching our target audiences with relevant content that drives our brands, tickets sales and corporate partnership fulfillment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Help develop, manage and execute digital marketing programs, promotions and campaigns for digital channels to include: social media advertising, marketing automation campaigns (ie. Eloqua), website management, mobile app and other initiatives as approved by senior management.
Support senior management in defining, developing, and executing strategic campaigns to ensure optimization of all digital programs; with a focus on driving awareness, ticket sales, fan engagement, and brand awareness.
Help lead research and development of new digital trends, communities, and technologies while determining what is scalable for business with recommendations for future campaigns.
Work with various internal clients, develop emails that achieve positive results including improving open rates, revenue generation and brand awareness.
Assist in copy writing, editing and proofreading copy for: email, website, and app.
Support the Marketing Team in maintaining Coyotes & Roadrunners brand standards.
Monitor competitive efforts and recommend changes as needed.
Ensure SEO to help drive organic traffic to our websites both mobile and desktop
Work with internal and external creative personnel to ensure all digital is consistent with all other creative work.
Ensure all links on Arizona Coyotes and Tucson Roadrunners websites, emails, and mobile work and are up to date
Maintain digital style guides and help ensure on brand marketing efforts across all digital channels.
Hold lead role for day-to-day updating and maintenance of the website and create or update digital assets.
Implement and troubleshoot third party applications and assets on digital platforms.
Work with MLBAM to ensure best practices are being followed for all Coyotes and Roadrunners digital efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Demonstrates ability to be creative in both content development and problem solving.Game day/night attendance at home games (41+) plus weekends and evenings relevant to the NHL season and other events required.
Education and Formal Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field required.
2-3 years of experience creating web design and content within a content management system.
2-3 years of experience managing and creating emails with Oracle Eloqua preferred including HTML.
Knowledge of and experience with content management systems. MLBAM and Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics experience a plus.
Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or InDesign a plus
