We are looking for a proactive and business-driven Trade Marketing Specialist who will be responsible to execute the country marketing plan. In this role you will be in charge of several activities such as planning and management trade marketing events, sell-out / sell-in stock management, implementation of web marketing strategy and roll out of sales promos/campaigns

Key Role Responsibilities

  •  Sell-in stock management: sales force support
  • Sell-out management: customers’ marketing support
  • Merchandising management 
  • E-learning Platform management for customers and sales staff
  • Market intelligence and price benchmarking
  • Marketing costs reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities ROI
  • Support Inside Sales to maximise CRM 
  • Maintain the CRM up-to-date and consistent with the business objectives 
  • Sales promos rollout and database activity 
  • Success stories and best practice production 
  • Product & Format Education and support 
  • Industry and trade media relations 
  • Deliver web marketing strategy and campaigns 
  • PT Network development and management
  • Annual Marketing Strategy and Budget preparation

 What your background should look like:

  •  2-year experience as Jr. Brand Manager/Product Specialist/Marketing Specialist
  • Business and Marketing Degree or Exercise Science/Sports Management Degree
  • Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus
  • Strong team player who values the support and contribution of others
  • Problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Marketing and market analysis skills
  • Direct marketing and digital marketing tools knowledge
  • Familiar with ICT and digital technology trends
  • Ability to manage time to complete multiple projects and balance workload
  • Ability to effectively manage own time and priorities
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus
