Job Description

Summary/Objective: 
Digital user experience coordinator of all Packers digital platforms, including team website(s), mobile app, OTT apps and other emerging technologies. Work across the Green Bay Packers organization to assist in website/app development and execution of all business goals. Leverage analytics to amplify traffic & engagement, enhance the user experience, and maximize club revenue derived from team’s digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Manager of Digital in day-to-day management of all Packers digital platforms.
  • Oversee maintenance and development of Packers mobile app, including ongoing collaboration with third-party developers.
  • Create, update and optimize website/app landing pages. 
  • Manage, enhance and ensure quality control of Packers OTT apps.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to make informed decisions affecting traffic, engagement, and user experience across all Packers owned-and-operated platforms.
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the organization’s search engine results rankings.
  • Explore and provide revenue-generating opportunities within digital platforms; ensure client’s brand guidelines are applied to all sponsored inventory, while fitting within Packers brand guidelines.
  • Research best practices and emerging technology opportunities for Packers digital department.
  • Support all organizational efforts to ensure ADA/CCPA compliance across digital platforms.
  • Assist in integrating social elements into all digital platforms, including in-stadium experience at Lambeau Field.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to all digital platform issues.
  • Serve as technical liaison to NFL Network.
  • Assist other internal departments and business units with web/app projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager of Digital.
 
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in digital media technology or a related field).
  • Preferred 2+ years of professional digital development experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years working with Deltatre Pocket CMS.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Cloud apps.
  • Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in UI and UX design.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Background in photography and social media helpful.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, holidays, and some weekends.
 
 Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment. 
 
Travel: Regular travel is not expected for this position.
