Sales Manager - Golf and Leisure Resort
Reading - Basic up to £26,000, OTE c£34,000
4Leisure are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead a diverse team of Sales Consultants working for a leading golf & leisure resort in Reading, offering outstanding facilities and great customer service, this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to make their mark with in the golf & leisure sector
We're looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team targets. You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer. Prior experience selling into the Health & Fitness or similar leisure market is crucial.
Duties include:
- To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
- To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from your General Manager & Regional Sales Manager
- To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
- To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met
You will be working a variety of shifts including weekends, and benefits of the job include free gym membership and a salary range of £26k depending on experience, with OTE of £32-34k well within reachIdeally, we are looking for candidates from within the health and fitness industry but we will consider people from other backgrounds as long as they have managed teams through their daily KPI's and have consistently hit monthly targets.
