Western Sydney Wanderers FC are currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to deliver 5 A Side football competitions and field bookings to the local community at the new 5 A Side facility at Wanderers Football Park, Blacktown.
The Customer Service Officer will ensure the venue is open and staffed for all bookings. The facility will operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 11pm and weekends 8am to 10pm with the Customer Service Officer ensuring all clients receive the best possible experience at the premier 5 a side facility in Sydney. Throughout competition periods staff will ensure correct allocation of fields, assist referees in commencing games, ensure games run on time, input results and communicate changes to competition participants, resolve conflicts or disputes and ensure that all participants enjoy the best football competition.
