Coach and develop our elite academy players from U13 through to U16 to prepare for professional football
We are recruiting for a proactive and motivational individual to come and join the team at our category 1 academy based in Lancing. You will plan, prepare and evaluate all sessions and ensure sessions are planned in conjunction with the syllabus. You will identity the needs of individual groups and tailor your delivery as appropriate.

The hours will average from 10-25 hours per week during the football season and will be primarily mid-week evenings, day release sessions and Sunday fixtures.

Your coaching qualifications:
• UEFA B Licence
• FA Module Level 1, 2 and 3
• Valid FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding

The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
