Intern, voluntary Membership

Job Description

Sydney FC have two internships available over the coming season to learn and assist in our Membership Department in our return to Allianz Stadium.

Interns will be required one day per week, with game days included, but are required to be completing a relevant tertiary degree with required work placement hours.

  • Understanding the Membership, stadium and seating policies
  • Full instruction on the Membership software
  • Processing Memberships
  • Customer Service
  • Game Day implementation

Skills Required

  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Great Social skills, phone and in person
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Knowledge of football
  • Previous experience with a CMS/CRM system a bonus but not a pre-requisite

Hours required

  • 100 Contact hours
  • 80 Office hours over 13 weeks August - October
  • 20 Game Days hours October-November.

Interns must be undertaking a course relevant to the position, i.e. Sports Management or Business Management, and have a requirement or recommendation for Internship as part of their course.

Interns will receive a detailed summary of experiences to assist with future employment.
