Grounds Maintenance Supervisor - Spotless - Closing date 27 Aug 2022

This is a full-time role over seeing the grounds and maintenance of the buildings. This role entails working at times unsupervised or as a part of a team to deliver a high-quality service.

The position therefore required an individual with the willingness to work flexible hours and the ability to manage their own time. This role is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

The role is hands on and requires the incumbent to perform a few physical activities including lifting, bending, and standing for extending periods of time. Must have a Full clean drivers licence.

Skills and Experience:

• High level of expertise in the fields of garden and /or turf
• Demonstrated experience in relevant trade area required
• Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proven experience using chainsaws and other grounds equipment
• Supervision of the other staff
• Maintenance of the equipment
