Job Description

At Y Whittlesea, we are committed to the ongoing professional development and growth of our wellness team and are seeking a passionate & energetic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fantastic team at Leisure City. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor you will be required to conduct safe, effective, appropriate and stimulating classes within applicable format guidelines and as per your professional training.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct and instruct motivational Reformer Pilates classes
  • Build strong relationships with participants
  • Be committed to improving the strength and flexibility of participants
  • Promote an energetic environment
  • Be a role model for health & wellness
  • Assist with the daily functions, up-keep and cleanliness of the studio

Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications

  • Reformer Pilates Certification
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old) and to be renewed every 3 years.
  • Covid Vaccination Certificate (3 doses) (or medical clearance)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
