Position Summary Minnesota United FC is in search of enthusiastic, friendly and technology savvy individuals to join our MNUFC App Assistance team during events at Allianz Field! A candidate for this position promotes a positive and professional image. An ideal candidate needs to have a passion to talk to all guests and approaching them on how to enhance their experience at Allianz Field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Energetically tell fans about the MNUFC App while proactively assisting guests with any mobile Ticketing or App related issues.
Enthusiastically encourage guests to download the MNUFC App to take advantage of in-stadium services such as wayfinding and express food ordering.
Report any App issues through communication tools.
Smile, welcome and thank guests for attending every MNUFC match.
Meet and greet all guests entering Allianz Field, check for valid tickets when necessary.
Be personal and pro-active in assisting all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality.
Assist guests by providing accurate directions to seating sections within Allianz Field and surrounding areas i.e. Great Lawn, United Sculpture, and Light Rail.
Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests; refer serious problems to supervisory staff.
Retain an extensive knowledge of Allianz Field layout, seating Sections, key venue personnel identity, and emergency activity procedures.
Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations and policies.
Provide immediate assistance to guests in the event of an accident or injury.
In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating Allianz Field, while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Monitor all public areas to maintain order and safety.
Cohesively work in conjunction with other departments, including security, food service, ticket office, retail, parking, custodial/housekeeping, and maintenance.
Perform additional functions and activities as directed by the Ticket Operations Manager.
May be cross trained in Ticket Office duties and work within the Ticket Office as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Operate computerized ticketing
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Education & Experience
Prior experience operating computerized ticketing
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Event experience preferred
