About the role

Leicester City Academy are seeking an outstanding individual to take up a brand new role. The Head of Player Care and Personal Development will take our work on personal development of young people in and through football to the next level. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive programme covering off-field topics as diverse as mental health, to life skills to relationships ensuring that our players are ready for life in and beyond football.

With three academy graduates in the current First Team squad and a new training ground with exceptional facilities only a short time away there has never been a more exciting time to join Leicester City Academy.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with elite young athletes, with the ability to understand the emotional and well-being challenges this may bring.
