ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Swim Centre Duty Supervisor is part of the premium recreational assets team and will be based at the swim centres (either Guildford, Granville or Merrylands).
We are looking for Swim Centre Duty Supervisors to join the team! The successful incumbents will provide patrons and hirers of Cumberland Council Swim Centres with a high quality customer service and a clean safe, friendly and well-presented facility. This will be achieved by you directing and leading a team of dedicated and committed employees in the daily operations of the swimming facilities such as supervision of lifeguard services, facility maintenance, cleaning, water quality and programmed supervision.

Position information: This is a permanent, full-time position, working a 70 hour fortnight, with access to Council's 9 day fortnight Rostered Day Off (RDO) arrangement. This position will be required to work on a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and weekend shifts from Monday to Sunday between 4:30am to 8:30pm.
This role is predominantly located across Councils Swim Centres at Merrylands, Guildford and Granville.
Salary information: The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award.
Council fully supports the aims and objectives of NSW Child Protection Legislation, and associated provisions, and will implement all necessary measures to ensure a safe and supporting Council environment, which endeavours to promote child safe child friendly practices. It is essential for applicants to submit their WWCC number with their application.
