At Let's Swim! our mission is to educate children and their families about water safety in a safe, fun and goal driven environment. Our family-owned swim school is a boutique Learn to Swim facility situated in Newport with small class sizes, teaching children from 4 months of age to children swimming all 4 strokes with confidence.

We have a vibrant team who are committed to developing a safe family friendly environment. We aim to extend your growth and knowledge within the industry to develop opportunities to further your career. 

The ideal candidates need to:

• Be passionate for educating children and families about water safety
• Enjoy working with children
• Have an approachable and fun disposition
• Be willing to learn the Lets Swim! Teaching methods
• Be available for weekdays and weekend work
• Be eligible to work in Australia

Candidates will need to obtain:

• Working with Children Check
• Austswim or Swim Australia Qualification
• CPR
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination in line with Public Health Orders

Due to the nature of the industry Lets Swim! are seeking an applicant that is available on weekdays/weekends.
