Austin FC joined Major League Soccer in January 2019 as the league’s 27th member club and will officially begin play in MLS in 2021 in a new, state-of-the-art 20,500-seat soccer stadium and public park scheduled to open during Austin FC’s inaugural season. We are actively seeking an intern to join our IT Department.
In this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to building a new team from the very beginning. This is an opportunity to contribute to Austin FC’s IT department ahead of the inaugural season as well as a great way to advance your career.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to issues either via email, in person or over the phone
Document issues in helpdesk system
Write procedures to common tasks
Train computer users
Perform daily maintenance on computer systems
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
On-board and off-board systems and users
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
Install computer peripherals for users
Follow up with customers to ensure issues has been resolved
Working knowledge on Microsoft Windows & Apple platforms
Experience with help desk
Basic LAN/Networking knowledge
Experience with Office 365 Administration
A+ certification is preferred
Experience with phone system administration
Microsoft/Apple certification a plus
In-Tune Management knowledge a plus
System imagining knowledge a plus
