It's an exciting time for tennis in New South Wales and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for a Communications and Member Services Coordinator to join our team at Tennis NSW on a full time, ongoing basis.
In this role, you will support the Marketing, Communications & Member Engagement team with copy writing, eDM development and sends and website maintenance. You will also be responsible for the facilitation of the annual membership renewal process, maintaining our database of over 450 members and providing key administrative support for the successful running of the Tennis NSW Annual General Meeting. You will use your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle member queries and to facilitate the creation of communications for our membership base.
